FEL clusters
To serve FEL participants best - considering their broad range of backgrounds, interests and priorities - FEL works with a cluster approach. A Cluster is a specific leadership topic or plan of action. Clusters are action oriented, research oriented, dialogue oriented, or are a combination of all three. Any number of participants can be involved.
Because of the diversity of participants and their goals, several clusters of leadership topics run simultaneously. The groups are linked to but not dependent on each other. Clusters may change over time according to the needs and wishes of participants.
Each cluster is managed by a working group. This group determines it own goals, methods of operation and communication and how the outcomes will be shared. FEL will organise a participant meeting every year to define new clusters.
